Delivery Policy

When placing an order through the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are displayed in SEK, DKK, and EUR and include VAT. Prices do not include payment or shipping fees, which are specified separately.

Shipping fees are added to the price of the ordered goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of purchase is correct.

We reserve the right to remove products that cannot be delivered from your order and adjust the total price accordingly. New orders for replacement products are considered separate purchases. Partial delivery of an order may be made at the customer’s request and may result in additional shipping charges.

It is your responsibility to collect the delivery within the specified period. Packages that are not collected in time will be returned. You will be charged a fee to cover the costs incurred, and the cost of the product will not be refunded.

The expected delivery time is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout, and/or on the relevant product page on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 business days from the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise specifically agreed, if delivery takes more than 30 business days and this delay is not caused by you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Cards may be refunded under certain circumstances;

  • Damages occurred before reaching consumers.

  • Wrongfully sent products.

 

You may also store cards with us!

By selecting - Store at CardSurfer.  We will store your cards for free until you decide to take everything home via a shipment request. These cards are stored with your cards from breaks and products
